My pb blaster can ran out of compressed air. This is second can in a row. The cans are at least half full but no more pb blaster comes out because there's no compressed air. Is there any way I could you this half full can?

probably squirting it at odd angles will empty out the air before the fluid.

Thanks for the tip.Even when I press the shoot out button while holding the can upside down, nothing comes out nor makes noise. Doesn't this mean that all air has gone?

Set the can in a pan of hot (not boiling ) water.

If this doesn't help, buy a new can.

punch a hole in the can, drain fluid into misting/spray bottle with adjustable tip, use as needed.

no, i have used this trick when the compressed air ran out in cans containning sprayable gun cleaner (great on barrel's to losen grime). once the can can no longer drip (held right side up) there is no more pressure.
