Hey is there any place on the internet that will let you do a payment plan type of deal like were you pay 500 a month or something like that. I'm looking for an SR20det because I just killed my engine, but don't have the money right now, only some like around a grand and my 240 is my only car.

you could try just getting a loan like i did from you local bank. tell them its for a car . although i did get a crappy interest rate. but trust me, if you dont have a lot of cash saved up, dont get an sr, you need quite a few bucks to do the swap and its never as cheap as you think. i spent wayyy over my budget to get it running right and mine is basically all stock.

No doubt you'll spend more than you originally planned. If you dont have a fair chunk of change to spend, I wouldn't recommend this. My current project was budgeted for $8K, but I've spent half that on the s14 notchtop, arc fmic & turbo manifold. I bumped it up to $10k just to be safe. Were you planning on doing the swap yourself?

Do you know what's wrong with your engine? You simply said you "killed it".

well this is what i did for my s13 red top. I saved up like 1500 in my bank account and i used like 600 of my credit card, i orded the engine like november 5th and I dont have to pay it off till like decber 23rd. The only thing you prolly should worry about is goin to the auto parts store buying basic crap like hoses, fluids, ect. hope this helps
