Haven't heard of a DET in a Sentera, in fact never heard of a Sentera. The Sentra was sold with a CA18DE in europe as a Sunny coupe. DE rods are not the same as DET rods.

DET rods are the same, so if you are sure you're ordering DET rods they'll fit.

Now that is the most helpful thing i've seen here in awhile. In my opinion, we need more extremely detailed technical information like that when it comes to rods/pisons. It clears all possible confusion and now everyone is 100% sure of what is going on if they want Crower rods.

Btw, does anyone remember the cost for the Pauter rods now that we know the Crowers are 700?

EDIT: I found what Pauter refers to as a set of "Sentra CA18DET" rods for $736 plus shipping. The specs seem to be similar to those of the Crowers that were posted but not sure if these are the ones or not.

http://www.raceeng.com CA18DET rods (Crower I think) in stock. No wait. These guys rule. I got my piston's from them and I'm very happy with not only how quickly they got my custom pistons done, but how quickly they shipped and how awesome their customer service is.

I'll have pics of my piston's this week. I haven't heard of anybody getting rods from them yet. I know at least 2 people got pistons from them and seem to be very happy with them.

ok , to you guys with goodies for the internals.

What consisted of your build up? Would getting the pistons alone be ok?
