This one irked me a little bit as it reeks of an attempted money grab. It seems wrong to blame Porsche for building the car rather than the idiot driver/owner of the car who drove recklessly on a public road while showing off in a ground effects car, on cold, expired* tires, who actually caused the fatal accident. Oh that's right, Porsche has a lot more money than Rodas.
* tires were 10 yrs old, Porsche's owner manual warns to replace them after 4 yrs due to deterioration of grip. it appears Rodas ignored it as the tires are insanely expensive. And only a fool with a death wish drops the hammer on cold tires.
I suspect the lawsuit will get dismissed, but here's an example of lawyers making a tragedy worse.
