Pathifinder / QX4 End of production?

Okay, I have finally saved enough to upgrade from my 96 PF SE to a '04 QX4 this fall. However, I don't want to buy this year if Nissan/Infiniti are just going to introduce a new pathfinder design in 2005.

I am one of those weirdos who actually takes his PF offroad once in a while and the Murano/FX will not go where I can currently take a PF/QX4.

Any suggestions/comments?

they are coming out with a whole new pathifinder should see it in a couple months.

This is the Qx4 last year of production. If you want a luxury mid-size SUV that can go offroad, this is your last chance.

The Qx4 is being replaced with a full-size SUV Qx56.

The Pathfinder will continue production. I haven't read of any changes, but they may try to uglify it some with 350z visual ques. A full size Pathfinder Armada will be added to the line up.

We had a thread on this earlier I think, as well.All of the above info is correct.

Even tho production will stop there will be new or nearly new QX'4 available for quite some time.
