Pathfinder VQ30DETT

Can anyone point me towards information regarding putting the VQ30DETT into a pathfinder? I've searched a tit bit.. but nothing solid. I really don't know whether it's possible. I'm not looking for a list of what needs to be done.. I'd just like to find some information on it. I'll do the research. However, if someone here has completed something like this I'd be open to hearing what you had to do..

I'd like to aquire a 93-98 pathfinder as my next vehicle, which is why I am pondering this... right now I'm driving a 240.. and that's really the only Nissan I have indulged myself into.

I dont know of this being done. But think it would be a cool idea.Keep in mind though the pathfinder changed designs in 96. up to 95 it was a frame vehicle WD21 model and in 1996 it became a unibody vehicle and the engine changed from a VG30 to a VG33

Also if your thinking of the Z32 300z motor that engine was a VG30DETT not a VQ. To date the VQ series engine has not had turbos. The VQ30DE has been discontinued and never had a turbo option.

Sorry. . I know I'm bumping old threads. . I've been up since 4:24 and I can't sleep.

VG30DETT has been done before. VQ30DETT isn't viable. . this engine was pretty much only used in JGTC Skyline GT-Rs (in favor over RB26DETT).

So yeah. . the VG30 fits. . I've only HEARD of it being done, never seen it... sorry.

its probably be easier to fit the VG33ER into the earlier pathy's... Otherwise, i wonder if aftermarket partsfrom the 350Z VQ35 would fit.
