Pathfinder to Qx4 combatabilty?

hi there im kinda new to the forums and i was wondering about some of the combatabilty of the nissan pathfinder to the infinity Qx4.

I was hoping everyone who knows what part is or isnt combatable,

My orignal question was if something like the interior driver master window switch control was just a straight switch over because whenever i try to open the window, its a pain the a** when i can see, and i think it would look alot better, and same with the Bose factory head unit, does anyone know if it would just be a straight bolt on part,

So if you something that works just post it,

they are pretty much interchangable. The only real differences between them were cosmetic for that year. If you want to use QX parts, just make sure the dimensions all match up, and your good to go.

so do you think i could throw a list at you of some parts that i would want to swicth over? and most of them would just be a plug in and go kinda deal,

Could i switch:

The seatsthe stereomost of the interior switches? deated seats, dashboard, window regulators etc?

and do you know of a good used nissan online parts dealer, ive seen one for audi, its were they buy insurence auctions that have been wrecked and part them out, do you know of one for nissan
