Also same for the knock senors all what do I need to do and if anyone can tell me that would be great .... thanks so much , Zach

How many miles on it?To your knowledge, has the belt ever been changed?I have the 3.5 so I don't have to worry about it, but everything I've read here seems to point to a 100,000 mile threshold for the belt, if I'm not mistaken.

why are you replacing the knock sensor? is it faulty?

timing belt is not exactly difficult, but it's not something you want to f*** up. i'd recommend taking it to a shop, and have them replace the water pump while they're at it.

For placement/location, check out pages EC-327 and EC-20 in the EC section of the FSM. I don't absolutely know how to get to it, but I'm guessing you'll need to remove all of the intake manifolds/plenums. If someone doesn't pipe up with a good step-by-step on the process, I'd recommend getting the Chilton guide. It proved to be a lifesaver when I did a similar procedure.

I have the Chilton and the knock sensor is not even mentioned anywhere. That's why I turned here looking for help.

This is the one you have, right? Go to page 6-26. I just verified it is under the lower intake manifold.

Yep. This is the one. Thanks! Found a few other problems going to see about fixing first that are easier to get to. Distributor cap and a elbow piece with a hole in it.
