Pathfinder starts fine but after warms up bogs out??
Got a buddy with a 99pathfinder it fires right up but when it warms up it bogs out he replaced the o2sensors but no luck... Any ideas would help

Is the CEL on? Have you checked the OBDII codes? I'd start there.

Cel on? Check engine light..my bad. It's not anymore after replacing the o2sensers but it still wants to die after running for about 2 or3 mins?? It's weird to me it's not overheatn it fires right up

You really could have a wide variety of issues with the problem, but without a check engine light at the moment my next best guess would be the fuel pump may be failing. Typically they can work fine while cold, but once the vehicle gets to operating temperature it can start acting up.
