Pathfinder Spare Tire Hoist

Car: 2012 Nissan Pathfinder LE

I have a 2012 Pathfinder LE. I need to replace the spare tire hoist, but can’t figure out how to access the two bolts holding it up. The bolts come through the top of the crossmember that’s right up against the trunk. There’s no room to even get a wrench in there

There must be access plugs in the floor, under the cargo area tools compartment.
