I have an issue with the rear alignment on my Pathfinder, the drivers side wheel toe is out quite a bit, you can basically see it with the naked eye.

I was advised by local wheel alignment guys to replace lower link arm which has the adjustment bush on it, did that but no difference.

Any suggestions what else I may try?

Sorry for the delay in reply. Welcome to NICOclub!

I've honestly never seen the rear wheel get that far out of alignment, but the next thing I would check is the rear wheel hub/bearing. See if there is any play or movement in it. You can check by raising the vehicle and attempting to move the wheel. If there is any movement I would try replacing that next. Than can cause a wheel to get out of alignment as well.

You may also want to try taking it somewhere else if the problem persists. If I find any other information though I will let you know.
