R53 arrived to us 4 days ago. We cleaned the car after the car pickup. We put the car in the showroom. And while people were watching the car, her battery ran out to 7 volts. I charged it up to normal. And now I can't turn on the ignition, and two remote controls can arm the car and disarm it. And also the autorun from the keychain does not work and the keyless access buttons do not respond . When connecting CONSULT 3+, there is no connection with ECU and TRANSMISSION. It does not even work to turn on the ignition by an emergency method, by touching the keychain key on the start-stop button. What could have happened after the battery ran out? Technical support in Russia cannot help me because the car is very new. And the official presentation of the car is scheduled for February 15. And she's not even going

You won't get any ECM or TCM on a scan unless you can get the ignition turned on. With the ignition off you should only see the BCM, IPDM, and Auto Back Door. If you don't see the BCM and/or IPDM then there's a power problem someplace, either a loose main connection or a blown fusible link. First thing to check is the 12mm nuts that attach the battery lugs to the cables, we've seen loose ones right out of the factory on various models.

Hello! Yesterday I checked all the power circuits, almost all the power circuits and grounding points. It turned out that I and several other places in Russia broke R53 in the same way. And I also found out that the signal from the START-STOP button goes to the intelligent key module (I have to assume that this module is faulty) . Since this smart key module receives a signal from the START-STOP button and wakes up the other control units via the CAN bus. Today, with the participation of nissan-europe technical support, keys were prescribed, but the malfunction did not stop. Tech support sent a request for help to USA NISSAN
