Pathfinder overheat smoke everywhere

So I'm driving home I stop at a light for about three minutes I look down and I notice the temp gauge is 3/4 to the h which I higher then normal. I cranked the heat popped the hood to let extra -6c air cool her down I didnt last one minute unroll it was at H turned her off popped the hood and there was coolant and tons of white smoke coming out of the rad fill hole. What could my problem be and what could o do now I'm currently pulled over on Erin mills parkway

i know where that is!
possibly the thermostat? not too sure...

First thing to check is the belt.

I presume that was white steam, not smoke.
