pathfinder not firing well

i have a pathfinder VG33E, when you press the gas pedal, it doesn't response, after a few seconds it will lurch forward as if pushed, some of the plugs have soothe while some are clean

when you prees the gas pedal the engine wouldn't respond (rev up) after a while it lurches forward.

Guys please help me with VG33E plug specs

sounds like a transmission problem, not the engine.
