So as everyone on here knows our exhaust system on the pathfinders is known for getting rusty and breaking/leaking.
Mine had the split above the axle bend previously which was patched with a slide over pipe and 2 clamps a few years back. Well that rusted through and patched it again same way as a temp fix... And another leak sprung up now on the pipe running right around where the ebrake is directly under.
Instead of patching something that is just bound to spring more leaks i ordered a whole new system (catback).
Got it off of rock auto for $200 including shipping (bosal- its a known brand), even ebay had them more expensive.
I got the whole front section back to the resonator peice and then 2nd piece is the one from the axle bend all the way to tailpipe.
Itll be going on tommorow so ill post some pics and a guide on here as well for others..
Pics of new system-

Will post some more info tommorow on what gaskets you need to order as well from rockauto.
Ive still been browsing here from time to time... But lately all my time is devoted to my X5 and we picked up a audi for my father this past weekend... 04 a6 2.7t S-line- apr chip/apr exhaust/samco boost hoses/h&r drop/koni shocks/hotchkis sway bars/ and i added on 20mm spacers all around from my old a4 which i sold.
