Pathfinder Hybrid vs V6 model

Hi everyone. Brand new to the site and I hope this is the right area to ask a question in. We have a 2013 platinum that we absolutely love, but recently starting thinking about trading in for a hybrid model. Realizing that the 2000 incentive will expire in a week we are trying to decipher if this is a good fiscal move, seeing as how much more the hybrid woll cost. According to our dashboard we are averaging 22.9 mpg, but we have never reset it since we nought the car. And we drive a lot, about 25K miles a year. All the reviews I have read in the last couple days are very negative when it comes to the advertised gas mileage of 26/28. Does anyone have a hybrid and do you think you are getting better gas mileage? Thanks in advance for any help anyone has.
