Pathfinder electrical problem

I really need your help. My 2007 Pathfinder V6 auto has suddenly lit the vdc/slip, abs, brake and check engine all at the same time and started to sputter and crawl to a stop. When cold it starts and runs fine even if all the warning lights are on. The only code is the P0118 and I changed the sensor but still get the code. I checked everything: grounds, MAF fluids, charging system...all fine. I sent the ECU to a specialty shop.. Ok. Changed the battery and cleaned the TB. Still revs erratic and stalls when hot and very difficult to hot start. I'm stumped....any suggestions?

Battery terminals are clean? Brake fluid it topped off? Power steering fluid it topped off? Coolant is topped off?
