Pathfinder /D21 receiver compatibility question

I have a 1990 D21 (4cyl, 4x4).... Would a receiver hitch for/from a 1990 Pathfinder (DW21?) fit a D21 chassis? I'm not terribly concerned about towing (4cyl truck anyway) but I would like one for a convenient bicycle rack mount and I happen to have found one on the same year Pathfinder that is being parted out.

I am going to say no because of frame difference between the two trucks.
