Hey my name is Richie im 17 and i live in Tulsa, Ok. I drive a blackish 91, 240sx. I recently bought a jdm dual projector front end from Password JDM. I talked to Leo to place my order. When the front end got to my house i noticed something wrong. They had sent me USDM fender, and the fog on one of the lights isnt yellow its missing the cap in the casing. I called them and they made me send them pictures of the fenders for verification, and stated that it isn't their fault for the light.They apologized and said they were going to fix the fender problem. I called them four times withing the next four weeks. They kept telling me thet were already shipped, and never received them till the fifth. When i got the fenders they had bondo on them and where really beat up. I took them to several body shops and they said they couldn't fix them that they are salvaged not used. One shop said they would for 300 dollars. At the end i ended up fixing them myself. Has anybody else had a bad experience with them? Let me know.

ive never done any buisness with them mainly because they focus on honda parts and dont have all the coll parts i want for my 240 lol

but sounds like they arent a very good company now

i have lots of buddies that have done buisness with them but they have hondas, as for the yellow cap in the light i have a passenger side spare if you would like it ill do 10$ shipped or a full drivers side headlight

that sucks bro. ive delt with then alot when i was back in school. never really had a problem with em except for over priced products. lesson for ya, always get a tracking nuber when you order something, and dont expect used parts to be in good order. also, if your serious about buying, most places will be willing to send you photos of what your lookin for

i dealt with them alot back when i was in the integra/honda game, i always got what i needed and in a timely manner,

i haven't done business with them since i got a nissan, mainly because they work with hondas, maybe they're just hating on nissans and sent you janky parts as a FU for owning a nissan

I need the passenger side.Well they gave me a tracking number but it never said any updates.Never really realized that most people the go to Password JDM have Hondas. lol
