Kid down my street has NJ tags, A S13 with a redtop swap. He runs a cat and passes.

Where in north Jersey are you located? I know plenty of local shops around me that will allow you to pass for ~$100.

Oh my buddy... he goes right through the DVM They just tail pipe it, check the horn, lights, then give it the stop test..... Try the DMV with a cat

Damn, the beauty of living in Taxachusetts lmao....

I'd run some high octane fuel add an octane booster and keep my fingers crossed....
I have five gassed several cars recently, and the before and after is quite noticeable.... Shell v power ftw....

Do they use a 3 or a 5 gas analyzer in NJ ......We at one point used a 5 gas analyzer .....
