You have to remember, GA is not like California. They onlydo the actual emmissions test, and that is it. They probe your exhaust with a meter, put your car on the rollers, inspect for a cat, and that is it.
They do not check for any signs of modifications, stuff not being stock, etc etc etc. As long as you have a cat on there, you should be good. Make sure that you drive the car around for at least 20 minutes before you test....
