i just wanna know if there are any places in jersey/pa/nyc that there a little more leanyent and will maybe pass for a few bucks.. if so pls tell me!!

I live in GA and we have emissions. If you have a 95 or older, you should pass the visual inspection, just go to the boonies somewhere. To pass the engine you should just need to put back on your cat. conv., go take the test, then take it back off.Josh

i have a gas station shop in marlton nj that will send the vehicle out for a sticker... guess it's too far from your area though
