Passing emission? can I do it?

Hi, I live in IL, in the Chicago land area and I was wondering if I can pass emissions? We dont have visual testing either. Here's a little summery of my parts that I think will be important. With this setup and a good tune, do you think I can pass. BTW: my car is a 92 s13.

if its anything like maryland i would say no, they are a pain in the azz if you know what i mean really strict here, your state might be different though. i also heard though that here in maryland, if your car is to low to the ground to get on the dyno portion of there testing then they dont want to risk messing up your car so they just pass it. so thats what im gonna do when its time for mine.

I heard something about the cars being low here. Idk what it was though. I head that with a SR and an obd1 car you can pass with the help of an afc. Does anyone think I can pass. Anyone from IL have anything to say?
