Passenger window won't go down from drivers side controls

I have a 2011 Rogue SV
I can't put the passenger window down from the drivers side controls. I can only put it up once it has been put down.
The passenger window goes up and down perfect from the passenger side.
Anyone familiar with this??

When this happens it's usually one of two things. Switch going bad, less likely, or the wiring between the door and door frame chaffing and breaking or loose at the switch. Open the driver door wide open and then try the switch, if that works you'll know it's the wiring. The other way to determine is with a multimeter.
