Passenger window problems

So this morning I was repairing the passenger mirror. Got it off and put it back on. Now my passenger window that I had rolled down won't go up all the way. It stops about 1/3 of the way up. Any ideas on what the problem could be?

You might get back in there and check for physical interference. I'm unaware of a 1/3 step position in the electronics. Do you have the auto-up feature for the passenger side? If so, you may have knocked your top position sensor out of whack and your window thinks it's all the way rolled up when it's not. If it's none of that, you can look to the FSM.
