passenger window problem

I have a 2004 350Z roadster and the passenger window has been acting up
A few weeks ago it would go up and then go back down.
Now it goes up slow but it goes down at normal speed
Any one else had this same issue?
Also where can I find a good service manual

Sorry to hear that it was a problem that brought you, but we're glad you're here!

Unfortunately, problems with the window motors are common on the '03 & '04 350Z, but we've got you covered!

My 03 does the same thing on the drivers side. All I do until I have time to replace the motor is "lightly" hit the door while holding down the button. Also, be careful if you live in cold weather the bad window motor may not like to go back up in the cold.

i have the car stored right now so come spring time I think I'll need to replace it
