Passenger window issue

I'm having an issue with the pass. window. Whenever I hit the button to make the window go up it goes up , but then drops back down about four inches. Is this normal? If not any way to reset the windows I tried the search function, but couldn't find anything. Thanks for the help.

The 'quick reset' that sometimes works is to pull up the switch and hold it 5-10 seconds after it has reached the top.

Otherwise the only other one I know involves taking off the door panel.

Tried the quick reset.......nothing. What do I need to do once I take off the door panel?

When I search the G section this was mentioned from a Maxima fix:

Also if you look in the FAQ stuff in G series General Chat there are the links for FSM and there is a reset procedure in there I believe.
