Passenger Window Doesn't Go Up All The Way (P10 G20)

Hello.

I have a P10 G20 and today the passenger side power window decided to be a prick. It'll go up about 2 inches or so but won't go up any further. It'll go back down fine, but when I want it to go up it'll stop again after about 2 inches. Would this be the motor? If the motor was bad I figured it wouldn't even move at all. I would appreciate any input.
