Passenger window will not go up

From the driver's side I can roll down the front passenger window, But I cannot roll it up.
But from the passenger side I can roll it up and down. I tried to synch but no dice. Any idea tia.

sounds like it is a bad master power window switch. There are a bunch of used ones on ebay.
