Passenger Side window won't roll up

I've got a '94 Q45. I've searched the forums for this problem and a few others have similar problems, but not one exactly like this. And they weren't for the Q45.

The passenger side window won't roll back up. It's about 2/3rd open right now, and using the power windows won't move it up. When I hit the button to move it up, you can hear some tiny thing in the door start up and attempt to push the window up, but no luck.

One thing I can do is use my hands to pull the window up. But even when I pull it all the way up, it drops back down. I'm thinking maybe something got unhooked inside the door.

Is this a common problem?

yeah its probably a window regulator broken. If memory recalls new ones are like $100 from joe. not a real hard swap.

Are all window regulators about the same? Or does the Infiniti Q45 have a specialized one? I guess I'm asking if I can just go to a junkyard and get a used one. Joe is awesome and I ordered an alternator idler parts from him which work like new.. but I don't need new parts : (

The Q45 is just my daily driver and honesty speaking, I am looking to sell or trade my Q45 for a car with better mileage. and of course, I don't want to sell a car that can't roll a window up.
