Passenger side lap seat belt no longer retracts

Hi.

The lap belt on the (front) passenger side no longer retracts. It seems to be pulled out all of the way and won't retract at all. Has anyone else seen this?

Yep, but not in a 240. Might try removing the cover to see if not some thing simple jamming it up. Or take it out completely and tinker with it, they are a fairy simple device. If it's broke you might save some money and pick one up at the junkyard too.
