Passenger side highbeam not working

for a while, the passenger side highbeam wasnt working, so after a long needed headlight change, i finally got some new ones, hoping that they would finally work, but no dice. i still get no light from the passenger side highbeam. what could be causing this? do i need to bust out the voltometer thingy and check some wires? what do i need to look for? i have no idea where to begin.

i would check the connector to the headlight acting up...i had the same issue except i had no low beam...i checked the connector and one of the clips inside were cracked...i just replaced it and problem solved...so check to see if the connector has a break...you could most likeley tell just by looking at it if its not right...if its not that...then do the basics...fuses....grounding wires...etc.
