I didn't notice until I bought some JDM bumper signals. The clear part stays on as its suppose to, but when I turn the passenger blinker on, the clear part blinks and the amber part never lights.

The wiring looks stock, and I even replaced all the bulbs + flasher. I tried to piggyback some canadian DTRLs to the clear part of the JDM signals and the driver's side DTRL acts as its supposed to (how I wired them - cuts on and stays on with the parking lights) but the passenger side is dim and it cause the amber part to light up and the clear part doesn't come on at all.

Disconnect the DTRL and it goes back to clear = on + flasher, amber = nothing.

Sounds like you're not getting the correct voltage to that part of the wiring.

Yeah, something is going on. When I piggybacked the ground wire of the bumper signal, then it changed to: amber part staying lit.

Since then I've put the USDM amber signals back in, and now instead of flashing, it just dims.

Is there anyway to add voltage to the parking circuit, or at least to that part of the wiring?

It sounds like you have a parasitic draw somewhere in the circuit. Trace back your steps and make sure there are no breaks in the harness that supplies power to that particular circuit.
