Passenger side door switch/dome light switch

I'm about to put an alarm in my car and I am going to use the oem door switches for triggers. I know that the switch grounds the circuit to activate the light. The only problem is that the screw that grounds it goes into a plastic clip. Is there a different clip that came on other model 240's made of metal or some kind of ground strap that attaches to the screw. If this makes no sense just let me know and I will post pics tomorrow.

Nevermind. A trip to the local junkyard solved my problem.
