Guys,

Just want to see if anyone else has noticed this similar thing on their Z32's.

Mine seems to have a slightly uneven gap/transition on the passenger side door between the door and the dashboard. It looks like the door padding is elevated a bit more than the dashboard padding. Is this normal on all Z32's?

That doesn't look too terrible, possibly just some warping through the years.

Agreed, nothing to worry about as both of mine have had the same "irregularities" if you will in the height of the dash pad and the door card, and spaces between the door card/dash pad and cloth/dash pad.

Be happy. In the Texas heat nothing stays nearly that close at all. You can see there that the dash material is already starting to pull inboard due likely to getting hot.

Agreed, nothing to worry about. It's due to the fact the door cards are flimsy cardboard-ish material that loses it's rigidity and shape after time and many hot/cold cycles, plus in my case at least the humidity in Washington.
