Having some issues with my 2012 M37x - I'm getting only cold air from the passenger side. Drivers side is able to blow both hot and cold, and yes, dual climate is off. I'm assuming this is an issue with the passenger side blend door actuator. There's a ton of videos out there for the driver's side - wondering if anyone has delt with this before or if anyone has seen any good diagrams for the actuator location on passenger side.

However, like a lot of things on M's, it appears to be obstructed by the blower unit and the rest of the tangle under the dash. The manual calls for removing the HVAC to get at it. See HAC-199.
