Passenger power window issue

I was driving along a while back in the summer in my 95 240sx and rolled down my passenger power window and it got stuck there.
After taking the door panel off i found out there was power going to the window motor and going to the switch, when giving direct power to the motor the window would go up.

Could this issue be related to my power window amp?
