Your best bet is going to be to check with a parts department at your dealership to see if it's available. If you can get a part number, we can then direct you to some online parts sites that should be able to get a discount for you.

From what I'm seeing online, I suspect you'd be buying the entire handle assembly with a parts price of about $230, so if you can find a used part off of eBay, or from something like www.car-part.com - or even better if you have a place you can get parts like www.pullapart.com in your area with a 97-01 Q available, you'll come out way better price wise.
