Hey guys,

so as the title says, my heated seats (passenger) on my 1997 Infiniti Q45 stopped working. The lights for the seat work, but they don't heat up whatsoever. I have tried searching the forums without any luck. Anyone around have any info as to how to fix this, I would greatly appreciate this. A shop I brought it to, told me that I was better off replacing the whole seat :wtf2: (not going back there). Any help would be greatly appreciated!

At least double check the plugs underneath the seat. Any plug you find, unplug and re plug in to be sure. Then move onto checking the wiring. Like, if you spilled coffee all over there, then maybe there was a short at some time or some corrosion on the ground wires to chassis. You might have to unbolt the seat and move it out of the way to check these things. You can always do some diagnoses using the Factory Service Manual before replacing parts.
