I've had 55w DDM HIDs for a lil over a year now on both, low beams and fogs, without a single problem. However, the other night when I turned the lights on the pass. Side light was flickering very fast than it died. I found that the fuse was popped and the ballast was bad. I swapped a new bulb and new ballast Amrit keeps popping the fuse!!!!!!!

The pass light will die and the fog light will remain on. So I'm driving with both fogs on and only the driver side light.

What's going on!??! Only the pass side low beam fuse keeps popping. Any ideas please

Nope, apparently not. Have you checked for shorts in the harness? Get a multimeter and check the resistance across the terminals. If you get a short, that's your problem.

Agreed. On cold startup, the DDM Tuning 55W kit draws too much power and could damage the wiring. The full sized digital ballasts try to distribute the load periodically, however the slim ballasts would pull too much power and are more likely to cause issues.
You can run straight lines to the battery from the ballast if you blew up your wiring harness, but I would test the continuity first between pos\neg terminals to see if you have a short first.

Ok, i Found that both wires (not the hid kit) were somewhat cut, showing some cables. Also, once I opened the fuse box found that there were about 3 wires that were also showing cables. I covered them all up with electrical tape and so far the light hasn't blown the fuse. Let's hope that was the problem.
