Passenger Airbag Off Light is On!

Hello,

I just purchased a 2005 Infiniti G35 Coupe from a local Infiniti dealership and noticed when I am driving it sometimes the "passenger airbag off" light comes on within the center dash. Is this normal? If not, is there a way to fix it?

I'm not 100% positive but I believe the passenger air bag off light will come on if there is nothing on the front seat?

With stuff or a passenger in the front seat it will not come on.

I think one of these years had a recall.

However one thing that usually cures this is to make sure you have a 'seat warmer' on that seat.
