My passanger 1/4 window is folding forward when I roll it up. When I look down the slot It looks like there is a plastic piece that keeps it on track on the drivers side the passanger side doesnt have it. Anyone have one? I cant find ne anywhere. Thanks

How did you get the metal clips to stick to the guide? I tried, but could never get it to line up right, time to make some diff metal brackets .

There's no space or slack, so it's got stuck there like that. I didn't use any glue.

^^^ I actually contacted him a while back & he no longer works @ the bowling alley .

I've sinced made a crappy substitute that for the most part works out of nylon spacers found @ home depot - not pretty @ all because of the way I cut them up, but holds all right.

I'm considering experimenting w/ rubber spacers & grease if I can't do the nylon trick cleaner.

I'm going to have to tear into my vert and do this soon. My quarter windows are starting to suck pretty bad.

I already did. For the template, I used a Coke can, and cut a small garden shovel from Target. It wasn't easy to cut, but I eventually made it. Perfect thickness and strength...

I just used metal snip. I wish I had something like that. Most advanced power tool in my garage is Dremel.
