Pass. Headlight 1 second delay???

Hey guys, when i put my headlights up and down the pass. headlight takes about 1 second longer to finish and you can see the wobbly-ness when i push the button. Once they're up they're as high as they go. But when i use a toggle switch to do sleepy eyes it looks funky because the pass. side is higher! Any ideas techies? Thanks ahead!-Galen

But both headlamps up and take the side trim off and check for loose anchor bolts or worn out linkage from the motor to the headlamp assembly. Compare the 2 sides together to find were the play is.
