pasanger seatbelt locking

i was wondering if anyone has had this problem of the pasanger seat belt locking up when your passanger moves to get a drink or to change the radio station well if anyone can tell me why i have this probem let me know im leaning twords the seting is sensitive and thats why its doing it it also dose it sometimes for no reason at least that is what my wife tells me

I have seen a few cars do it, not only the Versa's.

If you move slower it does not seem to do it.

I never tried it in the Versa, But I know in some cars, if you pull the seat belt out as far as it will go. then let it retract onto the passanger it will lock and you wont be able to pull it out anymore until you retract it all the way again.
