stock parts can be had form any parts retailer, when you say performance what are you lookign for? carbs? cams? custom pistons? header? MSA can help with any of them but there are other options, such as Nissn motorsports, summit, etc

Hi! I have a l24 engine from a early 1980 laurel. It have only run 1000KM,so I tougth it would be a good engine for my track day car I`m building. I just want to learn about this engine and how to make it preform as good as possible. Any information will be great!

tuning is key, 150 hp to the wheel is pretty common and practical goal, if you need more than that then you are better off starting with the L28thinking the laurel si like out maxima? in which case ti got a rather poor injection system form the factory, SU's would be an improvement, tripple webber dcoe's would be even better

Ok! Thanks! It got one single carb now. Triple webers sounds like a good idea!
