Parts used from a Fuga for a 2007 M45?

I recently rear ended someone, and i found almost everything i need being sold together. Will pretty much the entire front end from a 2007 fuga fit on a 2007 M45? Everything from the rad fans forward needs replaced and I found it all being sold together for a good price.
