Hi guys,

I am interested in getting a parts truck for my 97 4x4 4 cylinder pickup.

Now my Haynes manual is for trucks from 1980 through 97, which makes it almost unusable because everything is so vague.

But does this mean the parts on say a 1980 truck will work for a 97 truck?

For sheet metal anything from 1986.5-1997 will work. For mechanicals I would stick to 1996-97 parts trucks.
