parts to keep from ka24e ? CA18DET swap

like it says, is there any particular parts i should keep pther then the engine harness and transmission harness? like hoses or sensors or anything. lmk asap becuase i need the motor gone so i can store my new one

I think you keep the MAF if I remember correctly.

the throttle body, and the maf if you want, but its not necessary unless you know you wont be getting a maf with your motorset.

ok yeah the MAF is attatched the the engine harness right? kinda like a U shaped thing that has to screws into the air box?

and the throttle body? just because its a little bigger?

anything else? like radiator hoses, fans, belts etc etc

the tb is 5mm larger i believe, so its a nice upgrade. youll have to open up the intake manifold a little so it will fit properly, but it bolts right up. other than that there isnt much you need. might want to keep the transmission as a spare.

the transmission was the reason i pulled the motor, it got stuck in reverse. i think a shift fork broke or something

keep a hold of the harness just incase you need some connectors or some extra wire to extend things.....make sure to keep shielded wire...it always comes in handy

So the KaE TB is the one that has the coolant lines that match up and not the KaDE?
