those so called "greddy" manifolds are exact copies of real ones but they use cheaper material and manufacturing processes. just like the cheap oil pans it may have small holes and leak because of the cost cutting. you could get it powder coated or spray it with a good heavy clear coat to prevent leaks, but then you have to worry about the flanges and hope they dont break off. imo i would spend the extra cash on a REAL greddy manifold as there is no comparison in its quailty. but yes a very good uprade and worth every penny.as far as the trottle body, you will notice a little to no extra ponies but it will flow better for obvious reasons, and it should make it way more responsive
but i would do the manifold first, it the biggest bang for the money.
