I had posted an intro thread a while back with my 240, basically just a stocker with a new motor and 5 speed swap. Well after a few months of driving it around stock I couldn't take it anymore. I'm not looking for more power at this point, this build is going bass ackwards from what I normally do, dealing with suspension and cosmetics first.

So I ordered all my suspension components and body parts (for now at least, I expect it to change a few times before the car is sold), I got my 12 inch Ksport BBK in this morning, also recieved my RUCA, rear toe rods, front tension rods and tie rod ends. I still have my Ksport GT pro coilovers coming in on our container at the end of the month as well as my wheels (rota P45R 17x9.5 +12...Rotas:rolleyes , yeah I know but I beat the s*** out of my cars and when I break a wheel it's only gonna cost me 150 to replace) and subframe collars. I'll be replacing my inner tie rods with an S14 inner.

The body kit I decided to go with is very basic and plain, but thats how I like it. I recieved my Veilside E1 front lip for my stock bumper and a set of JDM S13 OEM sides. Looks pretty clean but I took it all back off cause..well it looks stupid with the stock sunken battle ship wheels.

Onto a couple of pics...hope they work. I'll have some more pics next week as I have time to take more.

Definitely we want to know quality, fitment, price and where to get the lip if you don't mind.

Me too. One this car looks the best IMO.

OP's Veilside lip looks better than this plain looking one.

The quality and fitment are AMAZING. I was looking at front end pieces for a while and I know veilside is very reputable with fitment (even though half the kits they offer are gayer than a 3 dollar bill), and this piece is a good testament to that. The pic posted above is with the lip just set in place, nothing used to mount it or secure it.

The lip on the red pic posted above is the EII lip. I was considering that one but I like the stock bumper lines, I just hate how it sinks in a foot at the bottom. The lip I got (EI) just extends it down straight and it looks very nice. The lip and sides are painted (satin black for now til I decide I want to keep it) so I'll post some pics of it 'installed' monday. My car sits pretty low and is only getting lower so the lip might not work out for me.

I got the lip for just under 400 after shipping and I got it through Robert at MVP motorsports. Great place to work with and can find some VERY hard to find parts relatively quick.

I'm interested to hear how the brakes perform and hold up.

Thanks for thr info. It's East Bear lip on the red one IIRC. This is EII. You definitely made a good decision on the kit.

Yeah it def looks different than the EII lip after looking at the both of them.

Heres a couple of pics with the sides and lip thrown on. I was going to take a better pic of the front but I can't get the car out of the driveway with the lip installed so the side shot and the dark pic is the best I can do for now. I took it all back off again til I get my wheels.

As for the brakes...I work here at Ksport and I've dealt with the BBK's quite a bit. I've driven our 240sx, our DC5 ITR and our scion XB (sold now), all of them had the Ksport 13 inch BBK front and rear. I've dealt with many other BBK's and I would say that these brakes are up to par on performance with many other BBK's on the market, more than enough for me to justify spending the money to buy it instead of going with the Z32 brakes (which I had already purchased). Time will tell how they perform on a daily level and I will keep yall updated on that. Heres another pic of the BBK (mines a 12inch 6 pot....

Looks good, especially the veilside lip. What size tires you have on the P45R's ?

Thanks for the comments yall, I'm working out some details on a potential hard top for the car, but it's going to come down to what my fabricator can do and for how many dollars. I'm trying to take the roof from a coupe and cut it to fit and seal against the vert. It'd be a hard project but I think my guy can do it. I'll be painting the car "Anthracite oak" which is a toyota color from a MKIV supra sort of a brownish gray, dubbed "MSB" by the supra crowd as an acronym for monkey s*** brown. Should look pretty sweet. Looking to do it at the end of summer. I also have my door panels and dash getting covered and should have those installed late next week. Just need some seats and new carpet then I can concentrate on getting the swap done.

The tire size on the wheels are a 215/40/17 and the wheels are a 17x9 + 12 offset. Once I get the coilovers on I'll be rolling the fenders and going off for alignment, once I have that done I'll throw up some more pics.
